TUESDAY NIGHTS - Meet
at the entrance of the Gosforth Hall Hotel every Tuesday evening at 7:00pm.
SUNDAY MORNINGS - No
definite dates have been set for Sunday morning runs, however, if members do
organise a Sunday run then please pass the details to Mike Kenwright so they
can be put on the website and e-mailed to all members

Same as previous years,
best 5 races count. Minimum 5 races to qualify. The Blengdale race in June will
probably be a handicap race but championship points will be awarded based on
actual race times.
AGM
This years AGM will be on Thursday 5th March at Gosforth Hall. I
will send reminder and minutes nearer the time.
Beach Handicap Race
Bob Quayle will be organising another beach race, probably early
July - thanks Bob
Blengdale Hash
Annette will be organising another Hash, provisional date

Xmas Party &
Irton Pike Handicap
Saturday 12/12/09
Lingmell Dash
Probably 25/7/09 - this annual event is to become the Polly
Lander Memorial Race. It would be nice to see Blengdale well represented! More
details nearer the time
