Gosforth 10 Mile Road Race The Gosforth 10 mile road race and fun run take place every year in June. The course starts at Wellington and finishes on the playing field, taking in Holmrook, Irton Levels, Santon Bridge and Santon. During the main race a fun run takes place around Gosforth for the children and not so adventurous adults. All proceeds from this and the Gosforth 10K are donated to local good causes. Results 2001
